Kerry must be lying, his lips are moving.

The debate is on. Kerry is trying his best to look strong on the military. Everyone knows, unless they have their head in the sand, that Kerry has a bad record on the military, so how could we trust him now.

Kerry is doing something that I hope the press jumps all over. He is trying to discredit the nations position on the war, just like he did on Vietnam.

His view is that we kiss the ass of the allies and everything will be ok. I think that the worst thing we can do is trust the UN to do anything with our efforts in the war.

BTW, is 30 countries not a coalition???

Did Bush not say that this would be a long war?

Wake up America, when the enemy wants Kerry elected, then you should consider other options.

Did anyone else pick up the statements that Kerry made that we should negotiate with terrorist? Kerry is more dangerous than the enemy.

I have realized that both sides do one thing. They try to scare us. Kerry, with the nukes and Bush, with terrorism.

This whole thing reminds me of Reagan/Carter. Carter wanted to disarm us and Reagan knew that to have piece, we had to arm ourselves. Reagan was right then and Bush is right now.

Kerry must realize that the only way "America needs to be respected in the world" is to completely give in to all the things that we have fought against. Yes, even when Kerry fought in Vietnam. We must loose our right to religion, our security, our sovernity, our economic system, our right to vote, basically we will have to loose everything that make America, America. A vote for Kerry is a vote to dismantal America as we know it.

Mama said there would be days like this...

...but not so many in a row.

I signed up on that E-harmony thing to see if they could find my perfect match...they suggested that I buy a sheep. That's kinda what I figured, after seeing more of the commercials. Some girl saying " I put in the order for the perfect man..." Wait, what would most women's "perfect man" be? A metrosexual? A reformed homo? Who knows? All I know is it feels like I couldn't get lucky in a whore house with $100.00 bills taped all over me.

I have tried some of the online dating services and if you find someone you like, you can e-mail her for $19.95 for 1 month. Does the woman have to pay that too? Is it like 'ladies nite' at bars?

Another thing that burns my butt. The girl scout commercial that has the little girl talking to her dad. She ask why the sky was blue, and he said, not wanting to get too technical with a 5 year old, "to match your pretty eyes". Then the little girl starts correcting him and telling him in detail why the sky was blue. He ask "who told you that?" she replied "Mommy". I would have ask, "why is mommy teaching you to ask questions that you already know the answer too, just to make a male look like he doesn't know?" Don't get me wrong, I think teaching kids math and science is a good thing. I think teaching them to be deceptive is wrong, no matter what sex they are. It is like they are saying "here is some knowledge, go out and make men look stupid with it". You should not teach your kids that the best way to make yourself look good is to make everyone around you look bad. Feminazi's in action.

Everyone can relate in one way or the other with this...a good person with a total idiot. How many times have you seen a nice girl with a jerk that is mean to her? Or a good guy with a bitch? Happens a lot, and when you ask them why, they say..."but I love him/her". Go figure. I am a nice guy and I would treat a girl good, but I have a theory that some girls like abuse. Why else would they stay? I knew of a case that a girl was with someone that treated her like shit and she broke up with him about 100 times, but they got back together and it started all over again. It gets to the point that you figure that the "victim" deserves what she/he gets. Very few cases are situations where the "victim" is unable to leave. They may not want to leave or they may feel like they can't leave, but if they look hard enough, they could find a way out, even with kids.

Bottom line, ladies. If you want a bad boy, you will get a bad boy, and he will most likely treat you bad. You should NEVER go into a relationship with the thought that you can change him once you are married. That never works and if it did, would you want a man that is whipped?

I once knew a girl, that was rather large. She was in her early 30's and had a great personality. She complained that she never could find a nice guy that would not hold her size against her. There was a guy that was crazy about her and she liked him, but she refused to go out with him...because he was 41. I may have been a little rough on her, but I pointed out the obvious problem. They went out and the last I heard, which was a while ago, they were together still. Always a bride's maid, never a bride.

Well, I have vented. I guess I am feeling a little bitter and a little lonely. I know the ppl I know may not understand how I can have 5...soon to be 7 ppl in my house, and still be lonely. I feel that 1 is a pain in the ass, 1 is so distant that he don't matter, 1 will use me for a taxi, the rest are kids. My life sux!

Bush volunteered to go to Vietnam

Read this article. Now, liberals, shut the hell up.

Crow is good with gravy and a side of onion rings

Ok, Jeanne, the hurricane, like the sister-in-law, is not being cooperative. It looks like my earlier prediction may have been wrong, although, as of this writing, the eye hasn't landed. But I still say that the media is loving it. It gives them a story. I guess I am 1 for 2.

Jeanne

I first heard, on Fox News, "She’s big and has high wind and she is headed towards Florida". I thought that my sister in law split up with my brother and was moving…then I realized it is the media wanting another hurricane to hit Florida. I wrote about this earlier on how the media seems to want another hurricane to hit Florida this year. Jeanne made a loop and has not traveled in a straight line since before it became a hurricane. The projection take the location it is at now and draws a line straight to Florida and then curves north. Folks, they are guessing and it seems hoping that it hits Florida. I am making a prediction today. Jeanne, the hurricane, will land on or above Hilton Head, SC. I was right about Ivan although it did hit Florida, they called for it to hit south of Tampa and it hit west of Panama City. I said that it would be closer to Mobile or New Orleans 3 days before it got there. I am 1 for 1. We will see who is right.

A Voting Guide for Liberals

I have news for democrats, the only jobs the president ‘creates’ is in his cabinet and a few other government positions. John Kerry has said that he would create 10 million jobs. Notice that he didn’t say that the jobs would be in the US. That is, most of the jobs could be in other countries. The president does not have the power to ‘create’ jobs in America. He can create an environment that would allow for job growth, but it is up to business to ‘create’ the jobs. If the business ‘creates’ or moves jobs out of the country, then the president can do nothing but helplessly watch them go. Also, Kerry will raise the tax on small business. Does he expect a business to create a job and pay extra tax? If one were to look at my personal situation, you would think that I would agree with Kerry on the jobs issue. I was a victim of a company that made bad decisions and I was downsized out. Now I am working for almost half of what I was making and I have no insurance. Is that Bush’s fault or the morons in the company I worked for??? I blame the company. It is not government’s job to make companies prosper and profit. The government can only create an environment to which they can prosper and Bush has done a lot in that arena. Kerry just wants to raise taxes and that would cause extra burdens on business, and that would inhibit their growth.

On the budget, the president can only send a budget to the congress and it is up to them to cut it, add pork with lots of fat, line their pockets and send it back to him to sign. This includes medicare and social security (which was not meant to be a retiree’s sole source of income, by the way). He can only sign or not sign the budget and make suggestions. It is up to the congress, so your choice of Senator or Representative is far more important than that of the President on this issue.

So, the most important things to consider are foreign relations and homeland security. I know some of you have a problem with Bush on the Patriot Act and I agree that it needs tweaking, but do you really think that we would be better off with Kerry? How could you trust what he says? I heard him on O’Reilly and he was in favor of going into Iraq and was 100% behind the President a few months after 9/11. I heard it from his own lips. Now, he is against the war in Iraq and says we should have not gone in…make up your mind Kerry!!!! He also says that he will create a centralize intelligence agency. Yea, that’s what we need, more government. Creating a new agency will just slow things down and cause more bureaucracy.

His claims that if he is elected, the North Koreans and Iranians will just stop their nuclear programs. Oooo, I feel safer already. Get real. Kerry can’t do anything Bush isn’t already doing. He is so delusional that he thinks terrorist come over here and buys machine guns at our gun shows and ships them out. This shows how much he knows. Machine guns (full auto) have been restricted since 1934 and are not sold at gun shows. Yes, that’s right, "assault weapons", by the definition of the ill fated assault weapon ban of 1994 are not machine guns, they are semi-automatic and are functionally the same as 100’s of guns not covered by the ban. Education is a good thing, John.

He said that we need more experienced intelligence ppl on the ground and that the ones in the hot spots are less experienced than they were before 9/11. I find this hard to believe, because we didn’t have hardly any intel on the ground before 9/11 because of Clinton’s failed policies. Where does Kerry think that one gets experience? This reminds me of my father telling me that I couldn’t drive in the snow until I learned how…ok, how and when do I learn? We have to train them the best we can and send them into the field to get experience. I am not upset that we have inexperience ppl in the field, I just hope they are fast learners, because nothing, no amount of formal education, will ever replace or be better than experience.

The question American’s have to ask is "Would you be safer if a bleeding heart, UN puppet were in the White House?" If Kerry is elected, I predict that Bill Clinton will make a bid for the president of the UN, and that would be a lethal combination for our country, especially if the democrats are in control of the Senate. They could pass laws and circumvent our whole system. From what I understand, and I may be wrong on this, if the UN passes a directive, it only needs to be passed by the senate to be sent to the presidents desk to be signed into law. I don’t know how it got set up this way, but it completely circumvents our checks and balances in our government. Scary.

I mean, does he actually believe that there was no terrorist in Iraq before the war? It was widely publicized and accepted that Sadam had terrorist camp all over the place. If Iraq didn’t have terrorist before the war, then whom was Clinton shooting at when he sent a million dollar missile to blow up a ten dollar tent. I wonder if this is a flip or a flop. It’s hard to tell.

Think before you vote.

Tuesday, September 21, 2004

That is why we are there.

Some of the recent beheadings in Iraq are the very reason we should be there. I feel for the families of the men that died, but they knew the risk going in. We should blame and punish the people that did this. We should not wait. I feel that we should identify the trouble spots in Iraq, and send enough troops and equipment in to finish them off. Let's kill the problem, then train the new Iraqi security.

Mr. Kerry would want to negotiate with them I guess, or wait for the international community to help, while more people die. Someone please tell Kerry that you can't negotiate with someone that beheads our people...NEVER. Russia is learning that lesson. You can never give in. It is common sense that if they have any success in their endeavors, then they will increase in frequency and in intensity.

Some say that we should pull out of Iraq. No matter what you think of the war, the last thing we need to do is abandon the people that our troops died freeing. If we leave now, we will have to come back in a few years. We should have finished it in the first Gulf War, but Bush Sr. cared more for what the international community thought of us. I am thankful that Bush Jr. is not making that mistake.

I haven't heard anything new or great from Kerry. We all should be weary of anyone that wants to turn over our sovernty or troops to the UN or NATO. You must remember that historically, the democrats have weakened our military (Carter and Clinton). A weak military would weaken our boarders, which are too weak already. I would love to know how Kerry will reduce spending in the military and make it stronger. So, Cheney was right, we will decide on our future in Nov. Choose wisely.

Guide to wasting your vote.

This is a guide to make sure that your voice is NOT heard. Vote for a 3rd Party candidate. Some say that voting for Bush or Kerry is a vote for the lesser of 2 evils, and you are probably right, but I view it as me casting a vote that will count. But if you vote your "conscience" you are wasting your vote. This is very unfortunate.

There are only 3 Third Party candidates that have a mathematical chance. The most popular is Nader (Reform Party/Independent) which will not appear on as many as 17 states. The party has legal challenges on several of these states so this may change. In 2nd place is, Peroutka (Constitution Party) which is clearly the best of the 3. Sadly, they will not be on 10 states: AZ, DC, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, OK, TX and WV. That means there is 133 electoral votes that they can't get. And the best mathematical chance for a 3rd party candidate is Badnarik (Libertarian Party). They are on all but 2 states: NH (4 votes) and OK (7 votes, legally challenged). These are the "snowball" candidates.

A liberal put up a web site that went by the individual states poles and how the electoral vote will play out if that is the way the votes end up. You can see why Kerry is upset. At one time, he was leading on this map. I have been on liberal blogs and they have the old count up.

The best site, although put up by a liberal, for links and info to candidates is here. You will see that the best party is the Personal Choice Party....the VP is a porn star. They are only on the ballot in UT, but...a porn star VP.....hmmmmm.

Three parties have the word "Socialist" in them.

The most entertaining and equally disturbing site is a site telling of all the parties. I find it odd that there is a Democratic Socialist of America, that supports Kerry. I thought all Democrats were socialist anyway. The ironic thing is that there is a link to protesting the RNC convention in NYC. The convention is over and they have not updated the site. Are they still in jail?

The award for the weirdist party is the Libertarian National Socialist Green Party . Here, you can be a Nazi without all that racist stuff....hmmm, what is left? This is a real party that takes the best from the Nazi's, the Green Party and the Libertatian Party and tries to combine them, ignoring the fact that all 3 of these parties oppose each other in almost every way. You can tell that the party has put a lot of thought into what they believe. What is scary is that they put a lot of thought into it and this is what they came up with.

I would love to have another choice, but, sadly, Bush and Kerry is all we have. I don't like some of the things that Bush has done and stands for. The Patriot Act needs some work, to say the least, and he says he would have extended the assault weapon ban. I don't like anything Kerry has said.

Please think before you vote. I really think that if you vote for Nader, you hurt Kerry. If you vote for Peroutka, you hurt Bush. If you vote for Badnarik, I am not sure who you would hurt. I believe that if you vote for anyone other than the top 2, you are hurting all of us. I hope that some day this changes, but today, this is the way it is.

Rather comes clean...sorta

Rather tried to save face...but it was too little, too late. It's over Dan, retire.

CBS lied...

...or was at the very least, duped. Everytime I hear this story of the obviously forged documents, I remember ol' Dan telling us that Randy Weaver was in a "Mountain Top Fortress". We now know that he was in a plywood shack that he built himself. Ever since then, if Dan Rather said it, I doubted it. I think we are all justified to doubt him now more than ever. I personally think the DOJ should investigate and bring charges on the person that made these forgeries and anyone else that knew and helped in their making. You have opposing sides on this issue. There is the Daily Kos that has already determined that they are real, ignoring the facts as most liberals do. Then there is the other side, Little Green Footballs, that is named after snot, so use your best judgment there. The Daily Kos is convinced that this is possible. Well, I wonder what is the chance that someone in the Texas Air National Guard took an IBM Executive model C or D...no wait, it was the IBM Select Composer...or maybe they took parts off of one and put it on the other making an IBM Frankenstein, anyway, what if they took this mythical typewriter and created this document, that just so happens looks identical to one made by Microsoft Word, using the default settings?(I tried it, it is true, everything lines up exactly) Where was Bill Gates when all of this was going on? Daily Kos does make one good point, what makes one an "expert"?

Here is a challenge that I don't think anyone has tried, there must be other documents that can be proven without a doubt, that were produced by one of the actual typewriters at the TANG base. Take one of those documents and see if you could re-produce that document on a computer using the default settings of Word and get a perfect match. If you can, the documents may be real, if not, they are fake. Too simple? Probably.

Thomas Phinney, Program Manager, Fonts & Core Technologies, Adobe Systems was quoted by a "yellow dog" democrat, Jules Siegel as saying they are fake. Phinney, not speaking for Adobe, says "The incredibly bad reproduction of the memos makes it hard to state many things definitively. But one thing that is not degraded by the reproduction is the simple question of relative line lengths. Where does each line end, relative to the lines above and below it?"

"Given proportionally spaced fonts, and a large enough sample (as these four memos are)," he continues, "these line breakings offer a sort of digital fingerprint of the widths of the font used. The memos precisely match current digital versions of Times (and previous phototype and hot metal typesetting versions), but they do not match the IBM Composer fonts, nor do they match any version of the IBM Executive."

Well...

I typed something on a computer using MS Words, default settings and copied it using a fax machine, then I copied the copy. I did this 5 times and guess what, It looked like the memo's in question. The bottom of the font did not line up perfectly. The font washed out in one spot. If I can get a scanner, I will scan them and post them on here. That proves to me that if a 't' or an 'e' does not line up perfectly in the CBS copies, it still could have been made on a computer. The 5th copies type is even going down hill.

The bottom line is that those that want to believe that these documents are real, will believe it, no matter what kind of damning evidence they are given. On the other hand, the ones that know they are fake will not be convinced otherwise. I didn't hear about the documents until the scandal broke about them being fake, so I considered the source (Dan Rather) and figured they were. The more I hear, the more I believe they are fake. The burden of proof of the validity of the documents lay on the CBS doorstep.

Ban on assault weapons didn't reduce violence - hmmmmm

Ivan has an Assault Weapon - story at 11.

Ok, what does a hurricane have to do with assault weapons? Nothing, other than I will address each in one blog.

Ivan is not only a killer hurricane, but a media sensation. The talking heads and "meteorologist" wanted Ivan to hit Florida. They said that it would change from a WNW direction to a NNE. That is quite a curve. I have said for a couple of days that Ivan would hit somewhere in the gulf and might hit the northern panhandle of Florida, but it would most likely to hit west of there. The media wants it to hit Florida because that would be the weather story of the decade. I don't think that many hurricanes has ever hit one state in one season. Of course, the idiot I talked to in a chat room recently suggested that Bush is in control of the weather and causing these hurricanes to take Florida out of the election. *Pausing for laughter* That's my 2 cents worth. Why is it a penny for your thoughts, but you have to put your 2 cents in??? Somebody is making a penny.

Ok, on to the Assault Weapon issue. Any of you that know me, know that I know guns...ya know? (damn, almost had the record for the most uses of the word "know" in a single sentence) For the uninformed, the world will not come to an end today...at least not from this. Here is a site that does an excellent job on explaining the law and the differences of the guns that are banned and those that are not. It even has pictures for the liberals that want to look at it. I get mad every time an "expert" from HCI comes on TV and tells how more cops would be killed because of the law expiring. Their spokes person is so full of shit, his eyes are brown. The law only banned certain guns because of their appearance, and not their functionality. There is no evidence that the ban did anything to stop crime, therefore useless. But when did a liberal let facts get in the way of their agenda. HCI claims that they don't want to ban guns, then say they are in favor of this ban, which is even more ridiculous than the old "Saturday Night Special" ban that was tried but never made law in the late 80's. The news media didn't let facts get in the way then and they are not doing it now. Even Fox News was reporting on the crawler at the bottom of the screen that the law would allow "sub machine guns", which is restricted under the National Firearms Act of 1934 to be sold. This is simply NOT TRUE. Those guns were not covered and are not affected by the useless Clinton ban of 1994.

The one thing that you don't hear much of is the lifting of the ban on magazine (not clip) capacity. The CFGB (Clinton Feel Good Ban) banned manufacture of magazines that held more than 10 rounds. I would love to see any data that magazine capacity has had an impact on crime, one way or the other. If anyone knows of any, let me know. I personally don't think it matters. No matter what you hear on the news, these guns, with high capacity magazines, are NOT the preferred weapon of choice by criminals. The criminals look for 2 things in a gun, is it free and can it be traced back to me (hint: guns obtained from a robbery will not be traced to a criminal).

To conclude, this and all gun laws MUST meet 1 criteria. Will it stop crime without infringing on the RIGHTS of law abiding citizens. This law and many others fail miserably.

9/11

I was gonna write a tribute to 9/11, but I got this from inbillsworld blog.

On Monday

On Monday there were people fighting against praying in schools
On Tuesday you would have been hard pressed to find a school where someone was not praying

On Monday there were people were trying to separate each other by race, sex, color and creed
On Tuesday they were all holding hands

On Monday we thought we were secure
On Tuesday we learned better

On Monday we were talking about heroes as being athletes
On Tuesday we relearned what hero meant

On Monday people went to work at the world trade centers as usual
On Tuesday they died

On Monday people were fighting the 10 commandments on government property
On Tuesday the same people all said 'God help us all' while thinking 'Thou shall not kill'

On Monday people argued with their kids about picking up their room
On Tuesday the same people could not get home fast enough to hug their kids

On Monday people picked up McDonalds for dinner
On Tuesday they stayed home

On Monday people were upset that their dry cleaning was not ready on time
On Tuesday they were lining up to give blood for the dying

On Monday politicians argued about budget surpluses
On Tuesday, grief stricken, they sang 'God Bless America'

On Monday we worried about the traffic and getting to work late
On Tuesday we worried about a plane crashing into our houses or places of business

On Monday we were irritated that our rebate checks had not arrived
On Tuesday we saw people celebrating people dying in the USA

On Monday some children had solid families
On Tuesday they were orphans

On Monday the president was going to Florida to read to children
On Tuesday he returned to Washington to protect our children

On Monday we emailed jokes
On Tuesday we did notIt is sadly ironic how it takes horrific events to place things into perspective, but it has.

The lessons learned this week, the things we have taken for granted, the things that have been forgotten or overlooked, hopefully never will be again.

On Monday - pray and be thankful
On Tuesday - pray and be thankful
On Wednesday - pray and be thankful
On Thursday - pray and be thankful
On Friday - pray and be thankful
On Saturday - pray and be thankful
On Sunday - pray and be thankful

Cell Phone Etiquette

I have heard that some restaurants want to ban cell phone use while you are dining. I say that when the restaurant pays my cell bill, they can tell me not to talk. I mean, how anal do you have to be to let someone in the next booth or table, talking on a cell, bother you? I have been to several restaurants and I have never seen anyone talking on a cell to the point that it bothered me. I have news for the ppl that have a problem with all the new tech stuff like cell phones. Get over it. Cells phones are here to stay and you should get used to them.

Let me ask you a question, what if something happened like on 9/11? Would you want your favorite eating place or your place of business restricting or even worse, installing signal blockers?

I can hear the same argument when pay phones were introduced. "Why can't people just go home and talk?" The mother of one of the top brass at either Microsoft or Apple or one of the other older big computer companies, I can't remember which, stated that couldn't understand why anyone would need a PC. If we would have listened to that kind of logic, then where would we be?

Now, with that said, to cell phone users. Be responsible. There are places that you should NOT use a cell or at least put it on vibrate and excuse yourself before taking the call. Church, movie theaters, hospital or doctor's waiting room or anyplace that has everyone in the room focusing on one thing or person. Also, if you can't talk and drive at the same time, don't. I am against a ban on cell use while driving, but individuals should know when to say when.

I don't know where to start

I haven't posted in a while because of the convention. I am glad that Miller is on our side.

I feel for the Russian ppl. I also credit GW for doing things that will assure that things like this would not happen here. Russians, Germans and other Europeans have thought since they give in to them, the terrorist would not strike there. They were wrong.

I think that although former president Clinton is a dishonest, draft dodger, I hope he is ok. I also think that Hilary has no shame. She just came out and said that she was thankful that they had good insurance, and she hoped everyone did. Sounds honorable, but who doesn't want everyone to have proper health care? The question is who pays for it.

I am glad I don't live in Florida. I am also glad that I am not as stupid as the idiot I seen in a chat room. He said that he had positive proof that Bush was behind the hurricanes. !!!!???? Does anyone really believe that? That sounds almost as crazy as the idea of Kerry actually earning the medals that he got in Vietnam.

I am thinking of making another page for the political stuff, cause I like politics. Although, I think I may have ruined my chance to be president. I was in a chat room and the subject of "every guy's fantasy" came up, which is 2 women at once, according to some. I told them that I would like to have 2 women, so I could have laundry and cooking done at once. Soon as I hit enter, Jean-Luc Piccard popped in my head saying "Brace for impact". Oddly enough, there was no impact. Some gave the old 'lol' or 'lmao' and one woman said that wasn't right, but no outrage. What does that say about the poor lonely idiots, me included, that stay up way into the night, hoping to meet someone interesting online, only to be disappointed night after night? Mostly, I think, is that it don't matter. Life is gonna suck and there is nothing you can do about it. But I digress.
